Logistics Assistant Manager - Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred 

Support warehouse site operation in order to improve productivity and quality of operation in the mean of process innovation, generate effective reporting and new system implementation.Work with group members to back up each other as neededLead and/or coordinate a project/activity in order to achieve management directive from regional HQ level or corporate HQ level from Korea.SAP (WMS – warehouse management system) data mining and data analysis to identify trend and search for more effective ways to operateHelp manage all business unit resources to successfully deliver results in quality, cost, safety and serviceDevelop high performing work teams to effectively meet the changing needs of the business by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are metUtilize Standard Operating Procedures to resolve and correct problemsProduce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis briefing team leaders on appropriate issuesImplement action plans for conducting internal analyses and gap identification; review current or future trends that indicate possible gaps in inbound or outbound functions or employees and make recommendations based on findings
